This breed I keep since spring 2007 and it’s a great difference to my Irani Lari. The character is between lively and very cool. They start to fight in the sixed week of living.
And that so strong that it always ends up with victims. Best is to separate them as soon as possible. To raise them in a flock is absolutely unpossible. This bloodline was originally imported by the egg from a very well known breeder in Germany. They reach adult age with 7 month. The hens are also good mothers and the chicks growing fast.
The weight goes up to 7 lbs or less. In Brazil this breed fights with little plastic spurs. Good lines are known as very hard and fast punchers up to the head of the opponent. In Brazil are fights over one hour not very attractive so they have to fight it out in a pit on the back.
The hens are also very aggressive and the fights for the position in the stocks are very strong. So the keepers have to supervise the fighting hens to avoid victims. Very special for this oriental game fowl is the unusual color, results of the influence of the Spanish fighter.
